Administrative Department

For the purpose of managing the Association and implement the Local Development Plan of the Territory, the Board of Management appoints an Administrative Department.  The structure of the Administrative Department is proposed by the Board of Management and approved by the General Assembly. An approximate structure of the Administrative Department can be as follows: 

  1. LAG Manager – coordinates the Association activity both in terms of organization and observation of work procedures;
  2. Technical sector – the number of employees shall be established in accordance with the Association activities, their tasks is to verify and select the projects that are to be implemented;
  3. Animators – carry out animation and promotion activities regarding the actions of the Association;
  4. Person employed for secretarial activities;
  5. External expert consultants (legal, finance-accounting, agriculture, design engineer, financial audit) –depending on the actual needs for proper unfolding of activities.
